Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your SwiftBee Driver account and all associated data.

1 Delete from the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly within the SwiftBee Driver app:

Open the SwiftBee Driver app and log in to your account.

Navigate to your Profile by tapping the profile icon.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and data will be permanently removed.

2 Request Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

support@swiftbee.co.uk

Please include the phone number or email associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Profile information & name
Phone number & email
Delivery history
Earnings & payout records
Chat & support messages
Location data
Vehicle & document uploads
Push notification tokens

Note: Certain financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UK tax and legal obligations. This data is anonymised where possible.
